International Medical Services (IMS) offers special services for foreign patients and their families who come for medical treatment to the Medical Center – University of Freiburg. Our patient managers are committed to making each patient’s stay as comfortable and convenient as possible.

The IMS staff provides assistance with the following: providing you with cost estimates, scheduling medical appointments, organisation of interpreters, visa and travel arrangements as well as just assisting you in other matters.
